"I employed a school-boy model-maker in Old Windsor to build me a symmetrical spaceship similar to (but different from) The "Millennium Falcon". I glued various thicknesses of fibre optic cable onto it. (a further development with Fibre Optics originally used for eyes in the Skull Hologram). The fibre optic lights on the Starship are lit by a single beam reflected from a piece of glass onto the bundled cables in the middle of the back of the model. The planet in the background is a painted ping-pong ball and its twin moons are plastic beads all also lit by single un-diverged laser beams. A background of fibre optic stars did not record."
